First formed in 1993, Versico Roofing Systems has since become one of the top three single-ply roofing system manufacturers in the United States. Versico’s roofing membranes include VersiGard® EPDM, VersiWeld® TPO, VersiFleece® TPO and PVC, VersiFlex® PVC, and VersiFlex-E PVC with Elvaloy. The company also offers garden roof systems and a complete line of insulation and accessory products. Based in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, Versico operates as a subsidiary of Carlisle SynTec Incorporated. All its products are manufactured in the United States.


Versico’s VersiGard line of EPDM synthetic-rubber membranes are some of the most durable high-performance roofing membranes on the market. Versico offers warranties for up to 30 years on its EPDM membranes. VersiGard non-reinforced EPDM membranes are ideal for use in fully adhered and ballasted assemblies. Its reinforced EPDM membranes are manufactured with polyester reinforcement for fatigue and puncture resistance, and are compatible with mechanically attached, and fully adhered systems. VersiGard white EPDM membrane can contribute toward LEED® credit requirements, and is ENERGY STAR® qualified and Cool Roofing Council certified. Its Quick-Applied Tape seam technology, in which seam tape is applied to the membrane before leaving the factory, can greatly reduce the time and costs of installation.


Versico’s VersiWeld line of TPO rubber polymer membranes are ENERGY STAR® qualified and Cool Roofing Council rated. Enhanced with Versico's high-performance OctaGuard XT™ weathering package, VersiWeld membranes offer extreme resistance to heat and UV exposure. The increased thickness of the VersiWeld line also offers greater hail, and puncture resistance over the average TPO system. The VersiWeld Quick-Applied TPO membrane combines the energy efficiency and durability of Versico’s other TPO products with the greater ease of installation offered by a pre-applied adhesive roofing system.
