Founded in 1997, Hunter Panels quickly became an industry leader in the production of polyunsaturate (polyiso) foam panels for roofing insulation. In 2011, Hunter expanded its product line to include panels for wall applications. Based out of Portland, Maine, Hunter Panels services the North American market with manufacturing facilities in New York, Pennsylvania, Florida, Illinois, Texas, Utah and Washington. Hunter Panels operates as a subsidiary of Carlisle Construction Materials Incorporated.
Hunter’s Xci polyiso wall products are designed to provide continuous insulation within the building envelope for a variety of exterior wall types. Along with superior dimensional stability and fire, moisture, and mold resistance, Xci panels have the highest thermal resistance per square inch of any insulation on the market. Free of destructive chlorofluorocarbons and hydro-fluorocarbons, Xci panels contribute towards LEED certification credits, have negligible global warming potential, and have zero ozone depletion potential.
